Candidate's FAQ

1) Do I need to send you my CV?

No, you create your own profile that looks like your CV. You will be given an opportunity to
include such information as work experience, skills, qualifications etc. There’s no need to
send us your CV.

2) How do I apply for a job?

Once you complete your profile you will be able to search for any vacancies that we have
at the moment. When you find a position that you are interested in, all you need to do is
to click 'register interest' button. At that time we send a message to the employer about
your interest. He will have a look at your profile. To maximise your chances include as much
information about yourself as you can - the employer will be more likely to make a positive
response. The employer can either accept you or decline your application. Either way you
will be notified via e-mail.

3) Is there any other way the employers can find me?

Yes, you may contact requests from employers as well. It is then up to you to accept it and
share your contact details, or reject it if you don't fancy it.

4) Can anybody see my personal information?

No, your details are safe with Dental Gateway. The employers may view your skills, work
experience and qualifications. It is only when you accept a job offer or apply for a position
that you give permission to share your contact details such as telephone number and e-mail
address. Then employers are free to contact you, independently from us, and arrange an
interview.

5) I don't have much time to spend on searching. Will you notify me about new vacancies?

Absolutely, whenever we have a new position available that meets your searching criteria
you will receive a Job Alert via e-mail from us. It contains a direct link to the job advertised.

6) What are the tests for?

We give you a chance to stand out from the crowd. There are 5 tests available on the
website. Test yourself and see how good you are! When you score a high number of points
you are given a badge: bronze, silver or gold - the badge will be visible to employers to show
them that you have a thorough knowledge about the subject.

6) What if I fail the test?

No harm done, it won't be shown on your profile and you may re-take any test in 3 months
time.

Good Luck in Your Job Hunt!
